RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

REFUND PROCESS

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Note: Customized or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
